In 2008, 2012, 2017 & 2023 Nasi Roofing LLC installed a Duro-Last commercial roofing system for Barko Hydraulics, Superior, WI. The 2023 roof was a complete tear-off down to the metal deck. Two layers of polyisocyanurate insulation were installed providing an R-Value of 30. A white mechanically fastened 60 mil Duro-Tuff Membrane was installed, all pipes, chimneys, vents, and flashing were custom ordered to fit. This reduced the amount of field seams, allowing the roof to be installed quickly and a high level of quality maintained. Upon Completion the roofing system was inspected by a Duro-Last Roofing Technical Representative, and a 15 Year No Dollar Limit (NDL) Warranty was provided. This warranty is transferable, and has no exclusions for ponding water, that result from defects in the Duro-Last Material and/or installation workmanship. Duro-Last also has a 20, 25, and 30 year warranties available.
