The chosen roofing system was a 50 Mil White Mechanically Fastened Duro-Last roof, backed by a robust 20-Year No-Dollar-Limit (NDL) warranty. To ensure top-tier thermal performance, the project included the installation of two layers of 2.6" ISO R-30 insulation.
