Nasi Roofing provided the winning bid to install the roofing system on a new restaurant that is currently El Tarasco, Minocqua, WI. Our estimating team reviewed the plans and specifications for the project. We bid an R-20 polyisocyanurate insulation system, a 40 mil custom fabricated highly reflective white Duro-Last roofing system, with metal edging manufactured by Exceptional Metals. Nasi Roofing LLC won the bid and was issued a contract to install the roofing package. The new custom prefabricated mechanically fastened Duro-Last roofing system was installed with all pipes, chimneys, vents, wall & curb flashing ordered to fit. This reduced the amount of field seams, allowing the roof to be installed quickly and a high level of quality maintained. We installed the roof without change orders, and met the construction schedule. Upon Completion the roofing system was inspected by a Duro-Last Roofing Technical Representative to insure the roofing system was installed per manufacturer specifications. A 15 Year No Dollar Limit (NDL) Warranty was provided. This warranty covers Duro-Last Material and/or installation workmanship, is transferable, and has no exclusion for damage caused by biological growth.
